Who we are

Ray Sanchez Leadership (raysanchezleadership.com), run by Raymond Sanchez, is the data controller for personal data collected through this website.

Data we collect

• Contact form: your name, email address and message, used only to reply to your enquiry.
• Bookings: when you book a call, the scheduling provider (Zoom) processes your booking details under its own privacy policy.
• Analytics and advertising cookies (only with your consent): page visits and interactions, measured via Google Tag Manager.

Cookies and Google Ads conversion tracking

With your consent to marketing cookies, we use Google Tag Manager and Google Ads (Google Ireland Ltd.) to measure when a visitor clicks to book a discovery call or submits the contact form. This helps us understand which ads work. With analytics consent, we measure site usage. No such tags load until you accept, and Google Consent Mode v2 defaults all advertising and analytics storage to "denied".

Legal basis

Enquiry data is kept only as long as needed to respond and for any resulting coaching relationship.
