Who can I work with?
Anyone with a goal, big or small. I coach professionals, business owners, career changers and people ready to stop putting off a personal milestone. You don't need a leadership title to start.
How do visualisation and practical tools work together?
I help you picture what you want and explore new possibilities. Then we turn that vision into manageable steps, with practical frameworks, accountability and progress reviews. Visualisation is a starting point, not a substitute for action.
What happens on the free discovery call?
We meet by video for 30 minutes to talk about your goal, your challenges and whether I'm the right coach for you. No pressure to book a session.
Can I join from anywhere in the world?
Yes. I coach online by video, with one worldwide price list. Wherever you live, we can arrange a time that works for us both.
How many sessions will I need?
That depends on your goal. Sessions start from €120 for a single 60-minute call. You can also choose Momentum (six sessions over three months) or Transformation (twelve sessions over six months).
Is coaching confidential?
Yes. What you share in coaching stays between you and me.
